Large law firms are increasingly organizing go-to-market efforts by client sector, in the hopes of both communicating to clients in ways that speak to their distinctive issues as well as fostering collaboration across practice groups to deliver more integrated solutions to clients’ complex problems.
To get a clearer sense of the state-of-play of sector-based client service among large law firms, we partnered with Gardner & Co. and surveyed 25 AmLaw200 firms to find out more about their sector activities.
Download our latest report, by Dr. Heidi Gardner and Prof. Andrew von Nordenflycht, to explore the key learnings gleaned from the survey, including the prevalence of sector units in law firms, how are they being implemented, whether they are working—and opportunities for improvement.
