Smarter Collaboration for Talent Engagement & Retention with Dr Heidi Gardner

 On-Demand Webinar

The people case for smarter collaboration is clear; when law firms improve cross-silo working they enhance their ability to attract, engage, and retain top talent.

Watch our recent workshop with Dr. Heidi Gardner focused on the Smarter Collaboration for Talent Engagement & Retention to discover how firms can:

  • Attract top talent that will improve organizational performance by enhancing your screening and interviewing methods, better leveraging your search firm, and emphasizing the importance of collaboration to candidates.
  • Engage talent by creating the context where they can do their best work on a daily basis, leveraging their strengths, and relying on peers with complementary expertise to tackle more interesting and meaningful work. We will introduce a practical tool you can use for boosting engagement (and the tangible benefits it produces).
  • Retain talent through cementing trust and teamwork, rewarding employees for their collaborative efforts, and connecting people across work environments (for example, at home, in the office, and in a hybrid arrangement) around a common goal.
This workshop also explores the hot new topic of boomerang employees, including how to create a culture where people leave as “friends of the firm,” continue productive relationships (potentially even as clients), and ultimately may decide to return to the firm with valuable new skills and perspectives.
